In the spring of 2022 my niece was born, few weeks prior to her birth, we had an exciting and fun baby shower for her mom.
A few days before the event, a person that was going to lead the event (sort of like the master of ceremonies) had canceled, they had other events on that day. We had to come up with plan B.
There was a problem, how do I engage and make Baby Shower exciting for people that speak different languages? I needed simple games that do not require too many rules or extensive instructions for English, Spanish, Ukrainian, and Russian-speaking individuals gathered in one place.
After a long search on various blogs and YouTube videos, there was enough material to make the Baby Shower exciting.
But there was an annoying feeling that with all of the Slavic folks in the United States, there should be more information on this fun American tradition.
Someone had to do something about it. Someone should find fun and simple games for both old and young. Folks that do not want to spend time printing and making game items as well as those that want to do everything themselves from scratch no matter how much time it takes.
After some thought, I decided that this someone should be me!
